Biography

With 25+ years of industry and development experience spanning the Oil & Gas sector and MANATEQ and holding a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Power & Energy) from Qatar University, along with Executive Leadership membership at the Qatar Leadership Center, he is a results-driven leader with deep expertise in strategy, GRC, operations, systems, and Quality & HSE. He was a core founding member in establishing MANATEQ from the ground up, with direct involvement in designing and operationalizing key functions, particularly within the operations and QHSE domains. He also served as Operations Director for Umm Al Houl Economic Zone and Mesaieed Industrial Zone, leading large-scale industrial operations, stakeholder coordination, and operational integration. Known for his strategic leadership and execution discipline, he led organization-wide initiatives including the automation of critical business processes (CRM and inspections) and the successful achievement of MANATEQ's Integrated Management System (IMS) in less than one year. As an executive leader and speaker, he consistently drives operational excellence, governance, and sustainable performance.
