With over two decades in the Health, Safety & Environmental field, Riad has worked across onshore and offshore construction, commissioning, drilling, shutdowns, and major projects in oil and gas, mining, power, and water. Their career spans projects throughout the Middle East, Africa, CIS, and Southeast Asia, supporting high-risk operations with a focus on corporate governance, risk-based assurance, control of work, and behavior change programs.Hold an MBA from the University of Aberdeen, a Master’s in Health, Safety & Risk Management from Robert Gordon University, and advanced qualifications from Loughborough University.
