Roque Peter Dcunha is a seasoned HSE leader with over three decades of global experience, including 27 years in the Gulf region. As Group HSE Manager at Artan Holding, he drives safety, compliance, and sustainability across diverse sectors such as education, construction, facility management and Manufacturing, A Certified Safety Professional (BCSP, USA) and Chartered Member of IOSH (UK), Roque is also a Fellow of IIRSM and also currently the chairperson of IIRSM Qatar branch, He is an international accredited Professional trainer for NEBOSH, IOSH, ISEP, IRCA and HABC. His career includes playing a key role in the DuPont’s Safety Culture Transformation Program at Qatar Steel, Recognized for his leadership and commitment to building resilient safety cultures, Roque contributions extend beyond corporate roles He is passionate about empowering teams with practical tools, He was involved in shaping ISO audit readiness, and mentoring professionals through international forums and volunteer initiatives.
